SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within the United States only. For other locations, please consult with us before purchasing.

We ship for FREE on all new orders. If your order is in stock, shipping usually takes up to depending your proximity to the Eco-Sports NW warehouse.

Once you confirm the order, you will receive an email update when we process the order and again when we ship it to you.

Please note that your shipping/ tracking number will not be issued immediately. You will receive your tracking number after the product leaves our facility, via email as soon as it is issued.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot change the shipping address for you once the delivery process has started.

Tax excluded: Expedited Shipping and additional services

We will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact our team at sales@ecosportsnw.com. Our goal is to deliver the best customer service possible for as long as you own your PEV.  

​​RETURN & REFUND POLICY​

If the product is damaged by the shipping company, we will assist you in repairing it. We do not offer refunds.

We do NOT provide refunds once the board has been shipped except when the board is returned unused in Brand New condition with all accessories in the original package within 72 hours after you receive it.

The customer is required to pay for return shipping cost to our closest facility as advised by the Eco-Sports NW support team, plus any related taxes. We will provide a refund for the product not including any shipping and tax charges.

Follow the steps below to return the product purchased through our website within 72 hours after you receive it:

  • Contact our support team to initiate the return process and obtain authorization to submit the product for return.

  • Create a shipping label addressed to "Eco-Sports NW Returns".

  • Pack the product in the original packaging to ensure the product will be returned without damage.

  • Once the package is received by ESNW and has been confirmed that it is in Brand New condition, we will then issue the refund less the shipping charge in 5 business days with an email confirmation.
